# REAL Cyber

> REAL Cyber is a veteran-owned cybersecurity, compliance, and managed IT provider for small, compliance-sensitive practices. Founded by Ross Decker, REAL delivers fully managed onsite service across the Ohio Valley region (Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, and Tennessee) and remote cybersecurity, IT support, and security awareness training to clients nationwide.

## Who we serve

REAL focuses on clinic-style and other compliance-sensitive practices that handle protected or regulated data but don't have an in-house IT or security team:

- **Dental practices** — HIPAA-aligned IT and security for dental offices.
- **Medical practices** — HIPAA cybersecurity, IT, and compliance for independent, non-hospital-attached clinics.
- **Veterinary clinics** — cybersecurity, IT, and business continuity for veterinary teams.

- **Other clinic-style businesses** with HIPAA or data-security concerns.
